“Most of the lectures, I have no idea what’s going on.” What’s the real problem when students can’t understand their non-native English-speaking professors? This study combined quantitative and qualitative methodologies to explore student attitudes toward international instructors and evaluate a possible training program to reduce accent-/bias-related communicative issues.
